For Technical support - contact our service department, phone no. +46 411 692 60, open Mon-Fri 07.00-16.00 CET or send us an request for support by using the below report.

If you have a warranty or return of goods, you must fill in the report and you will be contacted by our service within 24h for further actions.

In order to help you a.s.a.p. make sure you have all the machine data from the CE plate available.

For the support and warranty the most important is to know the Machine no. and Type of machine.

All technical support is free of charge, up to 15minutes. If more support is needed this will be charged at a minimum for one working hour for service call per our standard service rate.
