FAIRS, CUSTOMERS AND OPENING TIME
With the K13 still fresh in our minds, we are just past the deadline to register for the next K exhibition in Düsseldorf which will take place October 19th – 26th 2016. Time flies!
In addition to the K-shows, FAS always participates in Plastpol in Kielce Poland, Plasteruasia in Istanbul Turkey and NPE in Orlando, Florida, USA. All of them are good shows for us, focused on our customers and their needs, and all of them are increasing every year.
Traditionally we visited with our customers, and met new prospects at these international plastic shows like K, Düsseldorf; NPE, Orlando; and PlastEurasia, Istanbul. However more and more of our clients and prospects are communicating with us via the internet and social media. You can also find us at Facebook and LinkedIn.
While nothing can replace a personal face to face conversation, there is a lot of valuable information at these sites.
Historically, our biggest markets were North America and Western Europe, with thousands of machine units placed. In the past few years however, we have been pleased to see our customer base growing to the East in countries like Russia, Poland, Turkey and Saudi Arabia, simply due to market growth when the local needs increase. We welcome our new friends in these regions to the population of satisfied FAS Converting / PECO customers around the globe.
For the first time in our company’s history our bookings have been nearly equally divided in our main markets; West Europe, East Europe, Middle East and North America.
The NPE was FAS PECO’s most successful North American exhibition to date. We received over 200 customers in our booth from North, South and Central America , Europe and Asia. We look forward to following up with existing customers and new friends that we met at the NPE, further explaining and demonstrating the many features and benefits of the FAS PECO bag sealing, perforating, and winding equipment.
Earlier this year FAS and PECO teamed up and sponsored a very successful exhibition at the NPE in Orlando Florida. In the attached picture you can see representatives from PECO and FAS in front of our Euroline bag on roll making system. The Euroline is the FAS Converting group’s latest N. Returning to Plastpol in Poland
Also this year we participated at Plastpol Kielce, 26th to 29th of May, together with our Polish agent Ricco. Our BWU900 was running just great, with excellent rolls in shape and condition. With a good number of visitors and again a professional assistance from Ricco, both with preparations as well as in the stand, we made a very good exhibition.
Slovakia is one of our latest new markets
We are very glad to announce that we have got our first customer from Slovakia. It was the company Novplasta in Senkvice who just recently bought their first FAS bag making line.
